The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a minimum amount of supervision. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are a requirement. You will work closely with the Used Vehicle Manager in maintaining inventory display on various web sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take 20 to 30 pictures of every vehicle and post them on our websites in a timely manner.
• Create and publish vehicle descriptions on all our websites.
• Used car file maintenance, registration control and Car Proof administration.
• Maintain vehicle recondition control with Microsoft Excel.
• Administration of vehicle information and pricing utilizing Dealer Management System and Sales Dept software.
